ADCI of Delaware, LLC (ADCI) was founded in 2001 to develop capabilities and competencies in bringing Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) to United States Government and public service entities.

Since ADCI’s beginnings, it has enhanced its position to serve customers’ communication needs by providing commercial satellite-based billing services and networking solutions.  Satellite communications from the land, sea, and air are provided through the Inmarsat system of Land Earth Stations (LES) and Satellite Access Stations (SAS) worldwide.

ADCI works directly through the Inmarsat Distribution Partners to ensure that its customers have the latest in MSS capabilities.

ADCI is one of five vendors for the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Contract through the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) for Inmarsat Mobile Satellite Services.

In addition to the DITCO Contract, ADCI manages other direct contracts to provide airtime services for both Inmarsat and Iridium satellite services.

Our experienced personnel support the requirements of the mobile Sat-Com customer, including but not limited to specialized field operations, diplomatic and executive travel support and data and video transmissions from remote locations worldwide.
